En Zuhami Omar
Director of the Persons with Disabilities Development Division of the Social Welfare Department (JKM)
En. Zuhami, a graduate of the University of Malaya in economics, has served as a Community Development Officer since 1995, accumulating 28 years in the civil service. His tenure includes various roles within State Department of Social Welfare, spanning from the Federal Territory Kuala Lumpur to Selangor and Terengganu, and currently at the Department of Development for Persons with Disabilities (JPOKU). He participated as a delegate in a Strategic Mission Visit to the Nara Society Development Centre in Japan alongside Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al Sultan Abdullah (UMP), and later became a panel member for the program. Additionally, he was appointed as a member of the Review Project Team for the Persons with Disabilities Act 2008 (Act 685).
